Pharmaceutical particles in oil

A specimen containing pharmaceutical agent suspended in mineral oil is submitted for width measurement.

PURPOSE

Demonstrate the ability of the Clemex Vision image analysis system to evaluate size and shape of several particles within an image field, and to separate agglomerated particles prior to object measurement. RESULTS

Width measurement was performed on the particles in each field. Automated statistics and graphs were generated and presented in the Appendix. Final results can be printed directly from Clemex Vision. Raw data are linked to their respective objects for validation purpose. Raw data can also be exported in Excel format.
