Clemex CMT hardness testing with Microscopy
We are extending our hardness testing offer with the new CMT Load Cell tester. The top-of-the-line Clemex CMT LC is a highly accurate automated solution for Vickers and Knoop hardness measurements in compliance with ASTM and ISO standards.
Load forces are applied through load cells and electronically controlled in a “Closed Loop” with a frequency of 1 khz. Each load force is automatically programmed and adjusted, assuring perfect linearity in every range eliminating the problems associated with traditional dead weight system testers. Results are not affected by any structural deflection, misalignment or external vibrations.

LOAD CELL TECHNOLOGY
With an integrated load cell the hardness tester performs according to a wide range of ISO / ASTM Standards with "closed loop" control. Results are therefore not affected by any structural deflection, misalignment, or vibration (no overshoot). It is further designed for easy testing of e.g. CHD traverses as well as high-sophisticated patterns.
