Grain size analysis in steel
In this example, Clemex Vision system is selected to measure the grain size of steel in accordance with ASTM E112.

PURPOSE
Demonstrate the ability of the Clemex Vision image analyzer to discriminate all grains in the field of view and to produce a standard ASTM E112 rating. The methods and operations used are discussed in the report linked at the bottom of this page (click the Download PDF link below).
